Community Television Perth Inc. is the founding member of the Access31 Community and Educational Television Consortium and is the community “window” for the Perth Community to access free airtime on access31 as well as production equipment in order to produce programs for broadcast.

access 31 is Perth’s truly only local television station which started broadcasting in June 1999 and is committed to local programming, local talent and coverage of local events. It offers the people of Perth a “real alternative” to existing channels which are primarily Eastern States feeds.
