Filmed at the Fremantle Town Hall episode three contains footage from the Book Launch of Author Murray Ewen’s Book Colour Patch. The book the first of it’s kind in Australia receiving rave reviews in regard to the attention to detail the Author places in the book, it contains information and photographs of all the men who served in the 2nd 4th Machine Gun Battalion.

With approximately 1000 people present at the launch, Presenter Belinda Cipriano interviews the Author and some of his special guests including The Honorable Kim Beazely, Keith Potger (The Seekers) and members of the 2nd 4th Machine Gun Battalion along with their families. This episode has proven to be one of the most popular of the series as it contains a wealth of information on Australia’s war history. It is due to be replayed on A.N.Z.A.C Day.
