| Tibor
Meszaros Tibor Meszaros is a South Fremantle local
and a member of Community Television Perth Inc. He is an independent
producer who provides programmes to be aired on the Perth
station. Tibor won an award in 2003 at the CBAA National Awards
for the Producer of the Year and won the award for ‘Gallery
Watch’ at the 2005 Antenna Awards. The was also the
2004 finalist in The Antennas for Best Indigenous Program
(Gallery Watch – Coming Home) and Best Indigenous Program
(Naidoc Day 2003). He is currently the Treasurer and production
coordinator/director at CTV and the director of a television
program called 'Perth City Talks'.

| Peter
Jeffery OAM Peter Jeffery OAM is another member of
Community Television Perth Inc. as a life member of education.
He sometime was the Chair and is currently the Secretary.
Peter is also apart of many other organisations, in which
he provides his services too. He was awarded OAM for services
to communities, art, literature and film education. He has
a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English, where he completed
it at UWA. Also, he lectured at Sunderland College of Education
UK, at WAIT, at Murdoch and published Australian Magazines
mainly Poetry and Film Studies. Peter had done a lot of things
in his life and it is mainly volunteer work. He has dedicated
so much of his time to help out in not for profit organisations.

| Kelvin
Laurent Kelvin Laurent is a talented producer at CTV
Perth in all aspects in media productions. He has produced
many one off specials and series programs such as Books Australia,
a national bookshow broadcasted on Foxtel Aurora. He has produced
and coordinated many programs for community groups, multicultural
groups, government departments, local Council and private
organisations that have and are aired on Channel 31 and Foxtel
Aurora. He trains and advisors new and current members in
all aspects of producing programs in workshops and has a directory
of crew members for TV programs. Kelvin is also a experience
camera operator, editor/consultant,creative consultation (animation,
titles etc.), researcher, and program consultant. He has greatly
assisted in the industry awards that CTV has won, locally
and nationally. He also enjoys keeping up with the rapidly
changing technology in the media industry.

Stephen
Ray
Stephen has been involved with CTV Perth since late 2002
and is a producer member. Since graduating from University
with a degree in Film and Video/Media Studies in 2001, Stephen
has worked on a number of video projects, short films and
corporate videos. He is a jack of all trades from
camerawork, sound, production and directing - but specialises
in editing. Along the way he has been nominated for several
awards, and achieving success in categories of "Best
Sound", "Best Script", "Outstanding Creative
Contribution" in a short film as well as the accolade
of winning a "West Australian Screen Award" in 2004.

Drysdale
Naomi Drysdale is a young, talented member of CTV and now

| Luba Kambourakis-
Association Member Luba has always had an interest
in film and graduated from WAIT with a BA, majoring in Film
and Television. She has continued her contribution to the
Arts through her work as a Librarian, where she has recently
launched a film club at Spearwood Library.
Luba has been on the Management Committeee of Sunyata Community
and Meditation Centre Inc. since 2000. With their help she
has made several documentaries that have been broadcast on
Channel 31. She is also on the Management Committee for the
Oral History Association of Australia (WA branch) in the capacity
of editor and coordinator for Read Write Now. She is now contributing
her knowledge and experience to enhance the work of CTV Perth.

Rubina
Singh - Ordinary Member
Rubina brings many skills to CV's Management Committee: business
experience, media expertise and has connections with multicultural
community concerns. Before her move to Australia she was heavily
involved in the Indian media, where she worked in radio, television
and education, providing modules for courses being developed
by the Indira Gandhi National Open University.
She was also involved with Visionpoint, a monthly DVD news magazine
that provided an alternative news source for the growing middle
class in India that wanted a less conservative and more investigative
press report.
Since arriving in Australia Rubina has worked as a Producer
for the ABC Radio Drive program and has developed a small company.
She has also been a Presenter on the 6EBA program "Sikh
Sangeet".
